Dr. Don Lifto

Dr. Don Lifto was a superintendent for 25 years in the Midwest.   Don E. Lifto, Ph.D., is currently a Director and consultant with Baker Tilly, a municipal advisory firm. He is an adjunct professor at the University of MN for school administrators and is the author of School Finance Elections:  A Comprehensive Planning Model for Success, 2nd Edition. He has also presented on the topic of referendums at many national conferences as well as been in many national publications.   He has worked extensively to bring the voter data from Springsted together with the power of GuideK12 geovisual software to help many, many districts win their elections.

Robert Neu, Ed.S,  is a 27 year veteran of public education. He’s been a teacher, coach, assistant principal,and central office administrator. He has served as superintendent for 10 years in three states. He has been actively recruited for corporate boards and consulting with education technology companies serving public education.  He recently authored a case study on Equity and Access – the midshaft change for opening doors for all students.

Debbie Karcher

Debbie Karcher served as the CIO for over sixteen years within Miami-Dade County Public schools, the fourth-largest school district, where she managed information technology operations, while leading the technology strategic vision, and long-range planning. Currently as a K12 Education Technology Advisor for Executive Management, she is an accomplished and creative executive possessing diverse experience and a proven ability to implement enterprise systems that revitalize operations, able to capture current and future trends that directs information technology strategy, and maintains the integrity of its information systems and network infrastructures. She also authored a book in 2012 “An ERP Success Story within Miami Dade County Public Schools.”
