Project Management

Your success is our success; as such you will have a dedicated GuideK12  project manager to support you and your team every step of the way.  Our goal is to reduce stress by making the implementation process easy. It is the role of the project manager to build an implementation plan, assign resources, and provide a single point of contact for the project. Our methodology is market-proven and offers districts industry-leading project support, combined with customized assistance.

Implementation

We understand that every district has its own unique requirements. That’s why GuideK12’s experienced implementation team is available to discuss your  goals, suggest best practices, and configure a solution that best meets the needs of your district.  Through listening to your goals, working together and applying our expertise, we get teams up and running quickly. Our approach results in optimal knowledge transfer and assists in developing self-sufficiency, a key element in a successful implementation.

Data Services

Our priority is to make sure you have all  the information you need to make more informed decisions.  GuideK12 connects local property and tax data, with school and student level attributes for a custom geo-visual perspective. Data service team members take care of requesting and obtaining the county, state data required and work with you to obtain additional data sets of interest.  The GuideK12 team aggregates the disparate data sets and geocodes the students to their individual households.

Training & Certification

GuideK12 provides robust onsite training to help a district master all aspects of the product.  Our one day session is enough to get people up to speed and ready to apply it to their daily work.   GuideK12 software is intuitive and easy to use, but ensuring your team is confident, comfortable and competent with the tool is important to us.   We also can do more in depth, train-the trainer certification for those districts looking for that in house expertise.
